ABOUT KIM LANCASTER

Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Whitworth College.  She received her paralegal degree from Edmonds Community College.  She worked for a personal injury law firm, then as a Family Law Facilitator for King County Superior Court.  She has been the family law paralegal at Lancaster Law Office since 1998.  Kim also completed the four year Washington State APR 6 Law Clerk Program, was licensed as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern, and failed the Bar Exam three times.  Kim’s husband Brad, is an attorney practicing in family law mediation and collaboration, and wills, trusts, and probate.  Kim and Brad share office space with paralegal David Johnson, and their dog Ruby in the North City neighborhood of Shoreline, Washington.

Kim walks with Ruby, meets weekly with F.E.W. (Fabulous Extraordinary Women) which grew out of F.E.A.S.T. (Friends Eating and Serving Together), along with the Dull Men's Club. Kim sponsors a mother-teacher in Bangladesh through Amarock Society and exchanges communications with this extraordinay woman three times a year (and hopes to meet her in Bangladesh if it is ever safe enough to go there). Kim visits often with her son's family in North Idaho.
